A medium-sized company in Lutten, North-West Germany, specialising in metal working is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join their team as a project engineer. This role will allow the intern to assist at every stage of the project s/he is assigned to. This includes responsibility for construction, planning, sales and management. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (preferably mechanical) and the confidence to take up a work placement in an unfamiliar challenging and rewarding work environment. Excellent IT, organisational and team-working skills are essential.

Language requirements: Some proficiency in German is required to work effectively within the team, ideally at least one or two years of German language study at university level (or equivalent). There is, however, the possibility of accompanying language classes, given that the candidate possesses sufficient basic proficiency in German.

Our partners in the German regional government will lend assistance in finding and acquiring accommodation.
